Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of management experience.

• Candidate would need to have a ton of very heavy and high-volume catering experience

• Catering, events, and conference operations: Relevant capability to oversee catering operations, events and concessions, and conference-center activities, including event bookings, tours, onsite event support, campus deliveries, transportation, equipment, logistics, and vehicle fleet.

• Operational and people management: Relevant capability to supervise staff and supervisors, support employee training and development, handle guest-related issues, oversee operational standards, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, cleaning, and equipment-checklist procedures. This includes the stated oversight of uniforms, pest control, HAACCP and NSF standards, safety checklists, department meetings, huddles, customer service, and ambassador programs.

• Extensive catering knowledge with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that drive operational success.

• Proven leadership skills, including motivating teams, delegating effectively, and managing performance to achieve high standards.
• Expertise in coordinating and directing complex catering operations while resolving conflicts smoothly and efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and regions, ensuring alignment and consistency in service delivery and strategic goals.
