The Individual       

You should be an experienced HR leader with multicultural and cross-regional exposure. We are looking for someone who is a true people-person and business partner, someone who is a seasoned leader, with the energy and passion to thrive in an evolving business.

You will be experienced in influencing executives by providing insights that lead to key decision making with the business leaders. You will be experienced in formulating policies and developing and implementing the HR strategy. In addition, they will have well developed analytical skills and strong business acumen.

Various industry, sector background and start-up experience would be ideal, but your mindset and agility are what matter most.
