Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1· Managing operational finances of a high performing internal/external sales team and channel partners including retailers.

2· Ensuring OTIF payments and recoveries to maintain high stakeholder NPS.

3· Leading the strategic finance aspect by way of business modelling to take channel re-engineering decisions.

4· Owning distribution cost management, cost rescaling and optimization.

5· Managing channel & partner P&L for sustainable growth.

6· Ensuring Fiscal Discipline is maintained at the highest level in terms of OPEX & CAPEX Budget Management.

7· Ensuring retail channel fiscal governance in accordance with corporate and statutory guidelines.

8· Business process governance & re-engineering, ensuring the optimum operational excellence levels.​​​

What we’re after…

1. Degree Qualified in Finance (CIMA/ACCA), Marketing (CIM/SLIM), or Business (BSC/ MBA).

2· A Degree together with CIMA or ACCA would be an added advantage for you.

3· Experience in Financial/Strategic Business Partnering for distribution/marketing would certainly draw attention.

4· Minimum 8 years of experience is compulsory, as you are required to work with minimum supervision and lead a young team of professionals.

5· Sound knowledge in operational finances and related processes with the ability to influence and set /correct direction if necessary.

6· Experience in business transformation including financial modeling, scenario analysis is an integral trait.

7· Ability to see unseen, interpret numbers and effective storytelling in assisting management decisions.

8· Always having a compliance mindset and guide the team to proactively comply to the highest fiscal & process compliance standards.

9· Deep understanding of business process principles including design and governance.

10· Strong personality to stand ground under pressure, with ability to understand and take care of the complete value chain of the business cycle.

11· Digital mindset to take the Channel Finance to the next level in its digital roadmap.

12· Strong communication & influencing skills together with proven leadership traits.
