About the job Personal Assistant
The Role
To manage the Director office and agenda to ensure that all executive office activities are carried out in a professional, timely and in confidential manner.
Ensure the effective flow of work between the executive office and all the related departments and parties.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the point of contact
- Provides confidential secretarial and administrative assistance
- Manages the director schedule, calendar and work coordination
- Organize meetings and meeting schedules
- Manage and Process documents, made available as needed
- Serves as a liaison (internal and external)
- Screens and assesses incoming and outgoing correspondence and develops replies
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned
What we’re after…
Bachelor’s degree, Higher Diploma, Secretarial diploma or equivalent professional qualification
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
3 -5 years’ experience in a similar job role in a reputed organization
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Must be fluent in English and IT literate
Professional, aged 25 – 35 Years
Nice to have
proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Expert in MS office suite
Exceptional Inter- personnel skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Minimum 3 years of experience
