As a  Founding Engineer, you'll assume a hands-on role in designing, building, and maintaining the production features that power a rapidly growing DeFi trading platform. You'll be responsible for optimising developer velocity, ensuring platform reliability, and fostering a security-first culture.



Job Requirements

• Experience
  2 - 4+ years in Product Engineer or Design roles (preferably at high-growth mobile apps or in Web3/crypto).
• Product Sense
  Deep knowledge of design systems and consumer behavior.
• Problem-Solving Mindset
  You design and develop end-to-end features that are robust, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Passion for DeFi
  Strong interest or experience in crypto/blockchain. You're excited to bring on-chain products to the masses.
• Open to US remote but must be open to frequent travel.

Nice to Haves

• 2 - 4 years of experience working on consumer mobile apps, preferably financial apps.
• Previous experience at a company during a rapid growth phase (e.g., startup to mid-size).
• Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies (e.g., Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum, etc.).
• Expertise in designing and implementing robust security architectures and protocols.

• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Docker, Terraform
• On-Chain: Solana (with plans to explore Base, L2s, and additional blockchains)
