Senior/Assistant / Manager Workshop Operation (Automobile)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead workshop operations in a passenger vehicle service environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, hands-on workshop experience, and proven supervisory capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification in NDT Mechanical Engineering, HNDE, or a 4-year full-time diploma from AETI / CGTTI or equivalent.
• Over 10 years of experience in passenger car repair, with a background at a reputed automotive service provider.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to use manuals and special tools effectively.
• Excellent people management and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge in preparing estimates and finalizing job work.
