Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain sales, registration, and operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Prepare, verify, and process documentation related to customer transactions and registrations.
  • Support cashiering activities, including handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth processing of sales and registration activities.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of documents when required.
  • Assist in preparing reports and updating records within internal systems.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
  • Part qualification in AAT or a basic accounting qualification (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in documentation, administration, cashiering, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and administrative processes will be advantageous.
