Handles daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across payments, KYC, and communication channels.
Key Duties

Add bonuses and correct negative balances

Assign accounts to sales and share updates

Record deposits/withdrawals in Excel with correct rates

Check deposit attempts and report results

Report crypto withdrawals to PSP/back office

Contact PSPs for issues (under supervision)

Maintain Telegram activity as instructed

Post Trustpilot comments via VPN

Track and update KYC status and reports
-
Approve KYC/demo accounts after confirmation
Requirements

Detail-oriented and well organized
-
Good with Excel / Google Sheets

Basic fintech/brokerage knowledge (training provided)

Reliable and proactive communicator
-
Conversational English minimum
