Handles daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across payments, KYC, and communication channels.

Key Duties

  • Add bonuses and correct negative balances

  • Assign accounts to sales and share updates

  • Record deposits/withdrawals in Excel with correct rates

  • Check deposit attempts and report results

  • Report crypto withdrawals to PSP/back office

  • Contact PSPs for issues (under supervision)

  • Maintain Telegram activity as instructed

  • Post Trustpilot comments via VPN

  • Track and update KYC status and reports

  • Approve KYC/demo accounts after confirmation

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and well organized

  • Good with Excel / Google Sheets

  • Basic fintech/brokerage knowledge (training provided)

  • Reliable and proactive communicator

  • Conversational English minimum
