Overview
We're looking for a high-impact sales leader to drive revenue growth and scale a fast-moving commercial vehicle business. This role will own the end-to-end sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and unlock new market opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the overall sales strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and scale a results-driven sales team
- Identify and penetrate new markets, sectors, and customer segments
- Build strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience and operations
- Ensure compliance, brand integrity, and professional standards across all interactions
What We're Looking For
- 10–12 years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership
- Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in B2B / commercial sales environments (automotive experience is a plus)
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with a strong execution bias
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
- High ownership, professionalism, and customer-first attitude
