Overview

We're looking for a high-impact sales leader to drive revenue growth and scale a fast-moving commercial vehicle business. This role will own the end-to-end sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and unlock new market opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the overall sales strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a results-driven sales team
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, sectors, and customer segments
  • Build strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience and operations
  • Ensure compliance, brand integrity, and professional standards across all interactions

What We're Looking For

  • 10–12 years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Expertise in B2B / commercial sales environments (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a strong execution bias
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
  • High ownership, professionalism, and customer-first attitude
