Role Overview
You'll be the CEO's right hand anticipating needs, managing complex workflows, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Expect a mix of executive support, operational coordination, and hands-on project ownership, from calendar management to preparing board-ready presentations and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and scheduling to optimize the CEO's time.
- Coordinate meetings, offsites, and travel logistics, including agendas and briefing notes.
- Lead ad-hoc projects end-to-end from research to execution and follow-up.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications to a high standard.
- Represent the CEO professionally to internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Track priorities, follow up on action items, and keep initiatives moving.
- Be consistently responsive during agreed US-overlap hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting US-based C-level executives in high-growth environments.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with discretion and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Rippling, Zoom.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Committed to overlapping at least 45 hours daily with US time zones.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in investor relations or fundraising support.
- Background in people operations, recruitment, or HR workflows.
- Prior work in venture-backed startups.
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools.
