Role Overview

You'll be the CEO's right hand anticipating needs, managing complex workflows, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Expect a mix of executive support, operational coordination, and hands-on project ownership, from calendar management to preparing board-ready presentations and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and scheduling to optimize the CEO's time.
  • Coordinate meetings, offsites, and travel logistics, including agendas and briefing notes.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects end-to-end from research to execution and follow-up.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications to a high standard.
  • Represent the CEO professionally to internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Track priorities, follow up on action items, and keep initiatives moving.
  • Be consistently responsive during agreed US-overlap hours.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting US-based C-level executives in high-growth environments.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Rippling, Zoom.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Committed to overlapping at least 45 hours daily with US time zones.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in investor relations or fundraising support.
  • Background in people operations, recruitment, or HR workflows.
  • Prior work in venture-backed startups.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools.
