Senior Data Scientist

Overview

We are looking for a  Senior Data Scientist who can transform complex datasets into actionable insights and build scalable machine learning solutions. The role involves working with large-scale healthcare datasets, developing predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven intelligence into real-world applications.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on machine learning expertise, and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth descriptive and exploratory analysis on large healthcare datasets to uncover patterns and extract meaningful features.
• Design, build, and validate machine learning models for integration into production applications.
• Select and apply appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to address business and product requirements.
• Manage data science projects end-to-end, from problem definition to model deployment and performance monitoring.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of data-driven products and models.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering teams to embed data-driven insights into healthcare solutions.

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience solving real-world analytical and modeling problems.
• Strong proficiency in the Python data science ecosystem, including:NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch for developing and deploying neural network models.
• Solid background in algorithm development and predictive modeling.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with clinical or healthcare datasets.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and time-series analysis.
