Senior Technical Lead

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead a team in designing, building, and delivering scalable solutions.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review and test code to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies across backend, frontend, microservices, and cloud.
• Bring Agile and DevOps practices into day-to-day work.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar (postgraduate is a plus).
• 7-9 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-4 years in a technical lead role.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, or C#, .NET Core.
• Front-end experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular 2+.
• Solid understanding of Microservices and cloud technologies.
• A strong technical foundation, combined with leadership and mentoring abilities.
