Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to manage the final stage of the vehicle delivery process. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling customer interactions, and ensuring a smooth and positive delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process to customers.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines with internal teams (sales, finance, registration, service, etc.).
  • Communicate delivery updates clearly to customers.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and assist during handover.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (automotive industry is a plus).
  • Experience in vehicle delivery operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
