Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions, products, or services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing quotes, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to align solutions with client expectations.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications via CRM tools.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay ahead.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions, services, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
