Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Automobile) to lead and manage the showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, ensuring a premium customer experience, and overseeing the overall performance of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve showroom sales targets.
Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Team Management & Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
Assign sales targets and track individual/team performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Customer Experience & Showroom Management:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and personalized consultations.
Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services efficiently.
Inventory & Administration:
Coordinate with suppliers and the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels.
Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling luxury or high-end automobile brands.
Knowledge of automobile financing and insurance processes.
