Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing timelines, resources, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver software projects on time and within scope.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet project goals.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Identify blockers and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the development cycle.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum).
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with developers, designers, QA engineers, and business teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Technical background or hands-on development experience

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification

• Experience working with international clients or remote team
