Senior IFS Technical Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated IFS Technical Lead to join a dynamic team supporting a Scandinavian client. The role involves working with IFS Applications (including IFS Cloud) to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions that enhance ERP functionalities and integrate seamlessly with other business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective solutions.

• Develop new customizations and enhancements for IFS Applications

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing customizations and configurations.

• Participate in upgrade projects and version transitions.

• Handle integration with other internal and external systems.

• Follow and maintain build and deployment processes as defined by the client.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for solution delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on IFS Applications.
• In-depth knowledge of IFS development tools and platforms, preferably including IFS Cloud.

Proven experience in:

• Developing custom features that integrate seamlessly with IFS.
• Debugging and resolving issues in IFS Applications.
• Configuring IFS Applications (Version 10 and Cloud).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and tools.
