Sales and Branch Executive Automotive / EV Sector

Branch Executive, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of a regional sales and service branch. This includes managing daily showroom activities, coordinating test drives, supervising vehicle delivery, handling after-sales support, and leading a team to meet sales targets and service quality benchmarks.

You are the face of the brand at a local level both a leader and a problem-solver, passionate about sustainable mobility and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

• Manage in-branch sales processes from inquiry to delivery.
• Organize and oversee test drives, vehicle walkarounds, and product demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with walk-in and referred customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and events.

2. Operations Management

• Monitor inventory levels, order management, and vehicle dispatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate vehicle deliveries and documentation.
• Coordinate with central logistics, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Maintain branch appearance, cleanliness, and brand compliance.

3. After-Sales & Service Coordination

• Assist in resolving customer concerns and post-delivery queries.
• Liaise with the service team to ensure timely maintenance and customer feedback handling.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Professional Qualification Preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in sales or operations, preferably in the automotive or EV sector.
• Proven ability to manage a team and meet performance targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for electric vehicles and clean energy solutions is a strong plus.
