Senior UI/UX Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Engineer to lead the design and development of intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into elegant and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Design UI components and systems that are scalable, reusable, and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and design accuracy in implementation.
• Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Mentor and support junior designers and engineers in UI/UX best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and engineering.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
• Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue).
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability heuristics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and interactive projects.
