Role Overview

This is a strategic and execution-focused role within the real estate development space, responsible for driving end-to-end sales and marketing initiatives for residential/condominium projects.

The role owns the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and project launches to conversion and revenue realization—while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies for residential/condominium projects
  • Drive pre-sales, project launches, and ongoing sales absorption aligned with pricing and feasibility targets
  • Manage the full sales funnel: lead generation, CRM tracking, client engagement, and deal closures
  • Appoint, manage, and optimize real estate agents and channel partners
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, PR, and on-ground activations)
  • Oversee branding, marketing collateral, site launches, and promotional events
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to refine strategy
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the real estate/property development sector
  • Strong understanding of residential sales cycles, pricing strategies, and buyer psychology
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, agent networks, and campaign management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in apartment / condominium / mixed-use project sales
  • Exposure to digital marketing tools and lead-generation analytics
  • Familiarity with feasibility-driven pricing and developer-side sales operations
