About the Role

You'll combine strategy with execution launching campaigns, refining messaging, and creating systems founders can scale. Your success is measured by qualified leads, demos booked, conversion rates, and overall pipeline contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Launch targeted inbound and outbound campaigns for US mid-market buyers.
  • Craft and optimize messaging for emails, landing pages, and sequences.
  • Build simple funnels and remove friction to improve conversion.

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Run multi-channel programs (email, LinkedIn, content/SEO, paid campaigns if needed).
  • Use data to test, learn, and iterate toward CAC and CPA goals.
  • Leverage AI where helpful to personalize outreach and speed execution.

Outbound & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Build clean prospect lists and run outreach cadences targeting decision-makers.
  • Book qualified meetings/demos and hand off seamlessly to sales.
  • Create concise sales enablement materials: one-pagers, case snippets, talk tracks.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Align with founders and sales on ICP, offers, and campaign goals.
  • Report weekly on leads, meetings, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Share insights and playbooks that can be repeated across accounts.

What Youll Bring

  • 3-5+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or outbound/BDR roles.
  • Proven track record running inbound and outbound campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience targeting B2B buyers (SaaS, fintech, insurtech a plus).
  • Strong copywriting and persuasive messaging skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM, marketing automation, and outbound workflows.
  • AI fluency to boost productivity (optional but a plus).
  • Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and effective in fast-moving, lean teams.
  • Excellent written English; highly organized and reliable in remote setups.

Nice to Have

  • SEO or paid media experience.
  • Prior experience in distributed/global teams.
