Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall spare parts operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functions.
- Develop and implement effective spare parts sales and inventory management strategies.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and reorder planning to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, principals, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of genuine spare parts to support business operations.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory reports, and operational data to improve performance and profitability.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the spare parts team to achieve departmental targets and operational excellence.
- Ensure accurate documentation, stock control, and system updates related to spare parts operations.
- Coordinate with after-sales, service, and workshop teams to ensure efficient support and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance with part-professional qualifications such as CIMA, CMA (CA), or an MBA in Finance.
- Diploma in Marketing and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven track record in managing Parts and Service departments for a reputed automotive brand.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in spare parts operations, automotive after-sales management, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational functions effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, DMS, EPC, and inventory management systems.
- Experience in the automotive industry is essential.
- Age between 35–45 years.
- Must be a resident of the Western Province.
