Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Logistics Executive to support logistics, import/export, and supply chain operations across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics activities, ensuring timely shipment movements, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Import Operations

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics and import operations, including shipment scheduling, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and transport providers to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.
  • Coordinate warehouse and inventory movements while ensuring proper stock handling and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Support cost-effective logistics planning and contribute to supply chain efficiency improvements.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain logistics and import/export documentation, including:
    • Commercial Invoices
    • Packing Lists
    • Bills of Lading (BL)
    • Air Waybills (AWB)
    • Certificates of Origin (COO)
    • Customs and regulatory documentation
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and logistics standards.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation for audit and operational purposes.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, supply chain management, freight coordination, or a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of customs procedures, shipping documentation, and clearance processes.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with ERP systems or logistics management systems will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays (half day).
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
