Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Senior Executive – Public Relations to manage customer relationships, handle complaints and grievances, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, working proactively to resolve issues, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, grievances, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide frontline customer communication and support across various channels.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues while coordinating with relevant internal teams.
- Manage customer negotiations and conflict resolution effectively.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaint resolutions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, or customer handling roles.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in international airports or star-class hotels (local or overseas) will be highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
