Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, people engagement, and learning the end-to-end hiring process. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting various employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS.
- Support the HR team in preparing job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
- Assist with employer branding activities, including career page updates and social media posts.
- Provide timely follow-up and communication with candidates.
- Assist in campus recruitment drives and career fairs.
- Generate recruitment-related reports as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
