Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, people engagement, and learning the end-to-end hiring process. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting various employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS.
  • Support the HR team in preparing job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
  • Assist with employer branding activities, including career page updates and social media posts.
  • Provide timely follow-up and communication with candidates.
  • Assist in campus recruitment drives and career fairs.
  • Generate recruitment-related reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
