Founded in 2000, SKG Properties is a South African property group specialising in the development, leasing and management of commercial and industrial real estate. As an up-and-coming market leader the company has established itself as a fast-growing and robust corporate entity in South Africa.

SKG is headquartered in East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa and currently owns 180 properties throughout South Africa.
