Job Description:

INTERNAL SALES / CUSTOMER ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for an Internal Sales / Customer Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our customers, both internal and external. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales processes, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor orders and liaise with Customers and Dispatch.
  • Ensure Orders are dispatched timeously.
  • Monitor and deliver back-orders.
  • Assist the Factory Manager with monitoring Production.
  • Handle receipt of orders.
  • Process Customer orders through the system.
  • Place orders with Suppliers.
  • Update and maintain order register and send weekly updates to relevant parties.
  • Receive stock from suppliers and complete GRVs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Drivers License Essential
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales / customer service environment

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Organisation and time management.
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Decision-making.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
