Senior Hair Stylist

You're a confident, competent hairdresser looking for the next challenge.

You want to work in a Modern Salon with no appointments - Walk in Service and no chemical work or colouring

Just Cuts is looking for fully qualified Stylists to join our professional and fun Team.

Tasks:
Consultations with clients on hair regime, different hair care treatments, products and solutions

Engage in effective client conversation and diagnose solutions to hair issues where necessary Shampoos, Dry offs and Thermal Styling

Cutting and styling of client hair utilising scissors, clippers and razors

Ensure work stations are regularly cleaned before and after each service and that all styling equipment are clean and working efficiently

General salon duties

Coach and help the team to work towards the goal.

Working with an exclusive brand and informing clients about Justice

Professional products and selling products

Qualifications:

Fully qualified hairdresser, Hairdressing Level 3.

Alternatively, 3 years of experience will meet the skill level requirement.

You must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job.

Experience:
5 years of experience preferred

Passionate about a career in hairdressing.

Confident to promote and demonstrate haircare and styling products on clients in the salon.

Well-groomed and well presented.

Good communication skills.

Works well in a Team environment.

Has a friendly and positive personality.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $76,515 to $80,515 per year
