Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Physiotherapist to join our expanding team. As a Physiotherapist at Albany Physiotherapy, you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment where you can apply your skills across various areas of physiotherapy. Your caseload will encompass musculoskeletal and orthopedic physiotherapy, acute sports injury rehabilitation, and disability care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Providing hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities.
- Monitoring and evaluating clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, surgeons, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Educating clients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and promoting overall health and wellness.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Suitable certification or relevant experience.
- At least two years of experience in a similar environment.
- Current registration and license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Western Australia.
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal and orthopedic physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and disability care.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
