We're looking for someone with technical project management expertise to join our dynamic team and drive projects from concept to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and collaborate with the Supply Chain team on procurement
Lead project teams with strong motivation, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
Identify and resolve issues related to scope, resources, or supply chain disruptions
Full Project Life Cycle Execution
Initiation Review project scope, engage stakeholders, and align expectations
Handover & Kick-off Conduct internal handovers and clarify roles and responsibilities
Design Phase Oversee design timelines, approvals, and client sign-offs
Procurement Work with procurement teams to source quality components
Assembly & Testing Supervise production schedules and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Shipping & Logistics Monitor freight movements and resolve customs/logistics delays
Installation & Commissioning Manage site works and ensure successful system commissioning
Project Documentation Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
Technical Expertise
Advanced automation expertise, including PLC, VSD, SCADA, and DCS programming.
Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems including batteries, solar inverters, MPPTs, and protective equipment
Ability to read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and wiring schematics
Hands-on commissioning experience, including FAT and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Familiarity with brands such as Pylontech, Sinexcel, Victron, TBB, CE+T, and Enetek is highly regarded
About You
Proven experience in project management, preferably in electrical, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and accountable mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
Technically competent with an understanding of electrical systems, structural coordination, and software integration
Familiar with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMBOK, or PRINCE2)
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in engineering, project management, construction, or a related field preferred
At least five years of relevant experience (in lieu of formal qualifications, in some cases)
A demonstrated ability to plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate projects
Evidence of leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and compliance in a technical or industrial setting
