Unistor Global Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of mezzanine platforms and integrated intralogistics solutions for warehousing and distribution facilities across Australia.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Logistics Integration Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee the delivery and integration of logistics infrastructure fit-out projects. This is a specialised role supporting the installation and coordination of automated warehousing and fit-out systems.


Position Summary

The Logistics Integration Fit-Out Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all on-site installation and fitout activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within required timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

The role requires extensive experience in logistics infrastructure, warehouse fitouts, construction coordination, and multidisciplinary project supervision in live operational environments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site installation and fit-out works for logistics infrastructure projects

Oversee construction activities and ensure project milestones are achieved within contractual deadlines

Coordinate between engineering, fabrication, logistics, and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Manage subcontractors, installation crews, and site personnel

Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues arising during installation

Ensure compliance with Australian workplace health and safety regulations and company quality standards

Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox meetings

Review technical drawings, specifications, and installation documentation

Liaise with project managers, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding project updates and operational requirements

Ensure materials, equipment, and labour resources are effectively scheduled and utilised

Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation

Support commissioning and final integration activities upon project completion

Skills and Experience Required

Minimum 5 years' experience in construction, fit-out, logistics infrastructure, or industrial project supervision

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale warehouse or intralogistics installation projects

Strong understanding of construction coordination, site management, and fit-out processes

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Knowledge of Australian WHS and quality compliance standards

Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven project environments

Qualifications

Relevant trade qualification, diploma, or degree in construction management, engineering, logistics, project management,
or related field or equivalent experience

Relevant site safety certifications or industry licences highly regarded


Annual Salary: $76,515 to $85,000
