Redeemed Care Incorporated, a well-established Western Australian not-for-profit NDIS provider, is seeking a full-time ICT Business Analyst to support its growing operations and digital transformation initiatives.

The role involves analysing business processes and IT systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering effective technology-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, developing functional specifications, supporting system implementation, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and ICT solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to system integration, workflow optimisation, and data-driven decision-making, supporting high-quality service delivery across disability support programs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Review business processes, procedures and systems to identify improvements.
• Recommend system enhancements and more efficient work practices.
• Develop functional specifications for system developers.
• Support project planning, costing, testing and implementation.
• Create user documentation and deliver training to staff.
• Use data and process modelling to support system design and development.
• Act as a key point of contact during ICT projects and decision-making.

Skills and experience required

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong experience in ICT business analysis or a related role.
• Ability to analyse business processes, workflows and IT systems.
• Experience translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, SDLC, Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems, business intelligence tools, databases and system integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, regulatory compliance and data privacy requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare or community services will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field; or
• At least 5 years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification in place of formal qualifications.

Other requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills in business process analysis, system implementation, and project methodologies
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Annual Salary: $76,515 to $86,000
