Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid

background in agriculture, mechanical expertise, and a passion for providing excellent service to farmers. You will play a vital

role in supporting our sales and farm contracting efforts by providing technical assistance, maintenance advice, and product

knowledge to our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to customers regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our agricultural

equipment.

2. Conduct equipment inspections and diagnose mechanical issues as needed to ensure optimal performance and

longevity.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and assist in showcasing the features and benefits of

our equipment to potential customers.

4. Assist in the installation and setup of agricultural machinery at customer sites, ensuring proper functionality and safety

compliance.

5. Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation, maintenance best practices, and safety protocols.

6. Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and components to

customers.

7. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs performed, and parts used for

inventory management and reporting purposes.

8. Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and product enhancements to provide informed

recommendations and support to customers.

9. Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional

customer service throughout the ownership lifecycle of the equipment.

10. Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize the

reliability of equipment.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in agricultural equipment maintenance, repair, or technical support.

2. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

5. Flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed.

6. Knowledge of agricultural practices, machinery, and equipment.

7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
