We are seeking an SAP BPC, SAC, and BW Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in leading complex enterprise planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting projects across various functional areas and industries.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Analytics solutions and the ability to translate business needs into technical configurations. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, solution design within the architectural guidelines provided to implementation, training, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP BPC, SAC, and BW projects from inception to go-live and beyond.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop effective and efficient solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP BPC, SAC, and BW functionalities to meet specific client needs.
• Develop and implement data models, reports, and dashboards within the SAP Analytics platform.
• Integrate SAP Analytics solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Manage data quality and ensure data integrity throughout the planning and reporting process.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and train end-users on the implemented solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP Analytics features and functionalities.
• Identify and implement best practices for SAP BPC, SAC, and BW deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5 to 8+ years) as a SAP BPC, SAC, or BW consultant with a successful track record of delivering complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BPC embedded, SAC, and BW functionalities, including integrations with other SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and consolidation processes.
• Experience working across multiple functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing).
• Experience in various industries is a plus (e.g. Mining, Manufacturing, FMCG and Retail).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to excellence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA.
• Advantageous: Scripting languages like ABAP or Python for automation.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships.
