Developing business plans, meeting planned goals, converting leads and the role will also involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets and enhancing the position and reputation of the business.

Experience
- Previous work history in similar environment of at least five years
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends
- Achieve and/or exceed set financial targets personal
- Manage all BDM opportunities
- Setting goals and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Meet with clients face to face
- Reporting on weekly client engagements for self and team.
- Foster and develop relationships with clients
- Understand the needs of clients and be able to respond effectively to meet these requirements
- Preparation of quotes and proposals.
- Ensure proposals are managed in terms of accuracy and completed within SLA
