To oversee general administration duties to support the sales function to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with the companys processes, policies and procedures.
Skills and Competencies required
- 2-5 years experience in ICT related position / industry (essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
Requirements of the role
- Build strong ethical working relationships with all stakeholders
- Adoption of an accountability stance for all stakeholder management.
- Regular and appropriate engagement as per stipulated guidelines.
- Provide regular and appropriate feedback to mandated contacts on all incidents and events.
- Adhere to SLAs as prescribed for incidents and events.
- Effective and professional phone manner, with the ability to take and record messages for colleagues as needed.
- Assist Account Managers with the generation of quotes, proposals and roadmaps.
- Assist with internal quality control for new client projects and sales orders
- End to end process managements from signed proposal to project handover.
- Dispatching of tickets to the correct resources
- Performing feasibility assessments for connectivity that are accurate and timeous.
- Ensure cancellations and realignments are managed in terms of accuracy and completed within SLA.
- Process sales orders for all internal infrastructure deployment and change management including labour.
- Ensure proposals are managed in terms of accuracy and completed within SLA.
- Actively monitor ticket activity to avoid breaches and non-compliance with business process.
- Drafting and maintaining an updated to date handover note, which must be distributed two weeks prior to annual leave, or ad hoc if absent.
