To oversee general administration duties to support the sales function to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with the companys processes, policies and procedures.

Skills and Competencies required

  • 2-5 years experience in ICT related position / industry (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.

Requirements of the role

  • Assist Account Managers with the generation of quotes, proposals and roadmaps.
  • Assist with internal quality control for new client projects and sales orders
  • End to end process managements from signed proposal to project handover.
  • Dispatching of tickets to the correct resources
  • Performing feasibility assessments for connectivity that are accurate and timeous.
  • Ensure cancellations and realignments are managed in terms of accuracy and completed within SLA.
  • Process sales orders for all internal infrastructure deployment and change management including labour.
  • Ensure proposals are managed in terms of accuracy and completed within SLA.
  • Actively monitor ticket activity to avoid breaches and non-compliance with business process.
  • Drafting and maintaining an updated to date handover note, which must be distributed two weeks prior to annual leave, or ad hoc if absent.
