Welding Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Skilled Trades Specialists is seeking a qualified Production Supervisor for a local Tulsa Shop. ONLY Qualified Applicants will be considered!

Salary range is $85K-$100K Per Year with Bonus Structure.

Must have Welding Knowledge and Supervisory Experience.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure production goals and KPI's are met within the designated timeframe
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Monitor, track and meet project budgeted labor hours
- Ensure production efficiencies meet or exceed expectations
- Ensure safety, quality and on time delivery
- Ensure quality hold points are followed and all travelers are reviewed and signed off on prior to completion

```Requirements```

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have previous supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing environment
-Ability to supervise multiple projects and departments simultaneously
- Ability to provide clear verbal directions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge in welding and manufacturing processes
- Regular and predictable attendance
