About the Role:
As the Research and Development Manager, you will develop and oversee new products that cater to the pet humanization trend, ensuring they meet market demands and exceed expectations. Collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, Production, and Regulatory Affairs, you will ensure timely product delivery and alignment with both technical specifications and market readiness.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead the entire product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time with high-quality standards.
• Conduct research into market trends and competitor products, identifying opportunities that align with the pet humanization movement.
• Develop and test new product concepts, formulations, and prototypes designed for todays pet owners.
• Continuously improve existing products to ensure they remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
• Manage product performance testing to meet project objectives and consumer needs.

What Were Looking For:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in animal nutrition, food science, food technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in product development, with a focus on pet food production or animal nutrition.
• Understanding of the pet humanization trend and how it influences product development.
• Familiarity with food and feed manufacturing standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
