Job Title: Sales Manager Animal Proteins (Feed Industry)

Location: Thailand (with travel within southern Vietnam)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to lead sales efforts of proteins and raw materials in the animal feed industry across Thailand. 

The ideal candidate will be skilled at building and nurturing strong relationships with feed manufacturers and large-scale livestock farms, driving revenue growth and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with animal feed producers and livestock farms.
• Conduct in-depth market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through regular visits, product demonstrations, and dedicated support.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams - including technical, marketing, and logistics - to ensure seamless order processing and on-time delivery.
• Lead pricing negotiations, prepare compelling sales proposals, and manage contracts to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Thai nationality only.
• Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within animal feed proteins or related industries.
• Bachelors degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, including negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of animal nutrition and feed manufacturing processes.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive problem solver.
• Willingness and ability to travel within southern Vietnam for client meetings and industry events.
