Job Description

• Identifying and listing prospect SMEs for Program
• Scheduling a meeting and visiting their respective office
• Support implementing team in execution of the program
• Conduct capacity gap analysis
• Collection and management of required documents from the SMEs
• Responsible for assigned job roles and boosting organization performance and productivity
• Performance is based on the enrollment of the SMEs
• Target will be assigned by the supervisor

• Clear and concise eloquent skills
• Effective focus and attention to details
• Able to adapt, operate, and handle efficiently within due time
• Strong team player and having a work-ethics
• Skills of Microsoft Office
• Travel required
