Job Description

• Conduct market research and identify the ongoing market target audience needs and adapt and plan marketing strategies
• Create engaging campaigns, reels, tiktok videos ideas including designs in Canva
• Analyze trends of content structure, social media, and platforms algorithms and execute it on daily post content and in campaigns
• Collaborate and partner with relevant influencers to run campaigns, contents, and ads, and build and maintain relationships
• Assist supervisor in implementing digital marketing plans and strategies to achieve marketing goals
• Ensure consistency in customer service, product delivery, content post and campaigns and stay relevant and aligned with organizations core values and objectives
• SEO must be optimized in each content and ensure and incorporate relevant keywords and trends to enhance brands search
• Develop programs, events, and conferences that engage and retain customers
• Collect, document, and update all the necessary marketing documents and data
• Generate digital marketing performance insights and progress reports to improve and enhance performance
• Smooth coordination and communication via email and phone to implement marketing plan and strategies
• Document and maintain marketing data in record keeping management systems and track and update performance records
• Smoothly handle the challenges that come across the marketing process
• Responsible for assigned job roles and boosting organization performance and productivity with self-motivation and self-oriented mindset

• Clear and concise eloquent skills
• Able to adapt, operate, and handle client efficiently within due time

• Bachelor's completed or above
