Job Description
- Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as data entry, expense tracking, and invoice processing
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital documents, files, and records
- Help with archiving and retrieving documents as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
- Be available to deliver documents, pick up supplies, or handle miscellaneous tasks when necessary
- Maintain a professional and responsible attitude when representing the company externally
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and assisting with office maintenance
- Assist with organizing and coordinating office events or activities
- Be proactive in seeking opportunities to learn and develop skills related to office management, accounting, and corporate operations
- Seek guidance and mentorship from team members to enhance your professional growth
Skills and Requirement - Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and responsible, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali
- Valid driver's license (if required for errand handling)
