Investment Executive

Job Description

• Develop investment acquisition strategies to meet the organization's financial goals
• Create innovative organizational communication and visibility tactics
• Research and recommend strategies to achieve financial goals according to market financial updates
• Assist to carry out investment events and international meetings
• Co-ordinate and understand prospects investor's needs and objectives and approach personalized financial advice
• Conduct quarterly meetings to impart organization performance with existing investors
• Document and maintain investor's data and portfolio company's data in record keeping management system and track and update investment records
• Assist in creating investment reports and presentations
• Correspond to requirements of prospective investors and respond promptly with professionalism
• Generate the organization's portfolio investment quarterly reports and communicate them with existing investors
• Assist in conducting quarterly events and meetings with existing and prospects investors and maintain a relationship
• Responsible for assigned job roles and boosting organization performance and productivity

Skills and Requirement

• Looking for an experienced, mature, sensible, diligent to enhance organization investments
• Good knowledge and experience in investments, financial analysis, and reporting
• Strong determination and focus to achieve goals and objectives strategically
• Previous investment banking background would be advantage
• Clear and concise eloquent skills
• Effective focus and attention to details
• Able to adapt, operate, and handle efficiently within due time
• Strong team player and having a work-ethics
• Advanced skills of Microsoft Office
• Travel required
