Senior Business Analyst (English & Italian Speaking)

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst fluent in English and Italian, who thrives on connecting business needs with technical solutions and has the soft skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders confidently.


Your Role:

As a Business Analyst, you'll be the bridge between our clients and technical teamstranslating complex requirements into actionable insights and helping shape impactful automation strategies. You'll work closely with key stakeholders such as Digital Transformation Officers and IT Directors to:

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation

• Gather and analyze business requirements

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews

• Help prioritize use cases and design optimal automation solutions

• Build trusted relationships through clear communication and empathy

What Were Looking For:

Languages: Fluent in English and Italian
Location: Ideally based in Tuscany, or able to travel there within 2 hours for occasional client meetings

We are open to part-time candidates with the potential to move into a full-time role.

Experience:

• Background in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Project Management, or Product Management
• Comfortable working directly with business and IT stakeholders
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar (a strong plus)
  
• Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Client-oriented and collaborative approach

• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments
