Junior Full Stack .NET Developer

"Gera Dovana" unites more than 5000 service providers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland and intends to expand its activities further. Currently, the company group has more than 250 employees, reaching customers through traditional retail and online channels. We sell services and manage gift voucher systems, loyalty programs, city gift cards, and reservation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and Contribute: Participate in workshops and Q&A sessions with business stakeholders to understand the intersection of tech and business needs.
• Support and Develop: Assist in refining and improving our technologies and solutions, gaining exposure to modern tools and techniques.
• Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with senior engineers to build your technical expertise and confidence.
• Focus on Quality: Engage in code reviews, learning best practices to ensure high development standards.

Requirements:

•  .NET Knowledge: 1-2 years of experience in Back-End .NET or Full-Stack development, with familiarity in ASP.NET MVC.
• Eager to Learn: An understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and scalable solutions, with a willingness to grow in these areas.
• Good Communication: You're open to feedback and proactive in asking questions or sharing ideas.
• Team Player: You enjoy team collaboration, learning from others, and contributing to group success.
• Tech Stack Exposure: Familiarity with .NET/Core, C#, API services, Angular, React, MS SQL, and related technologies.
• Tools: Experience with tools like Visual Studio, GitLab, or similar.
