About the Role

We are seeking a target-driven Manpower Agency Supervisor with proven experience in manpower supply and business development to expand our client portfolio and generate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate must have experience working with a manpower or recruitment agency, with a strong ability to acquire new accounts, generate manpower requirements, negotiate commercial terms, and close manpower supply deals within agreed timelines. Previous experience in the healthcare manpower sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients requiring manpower supply, recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, HR managers, procurement teams, and business owners.
• Generate new manpower requirements and convert client enquiries into confirmed orders and contracts.
• Understand client requirements, including job categories, headcount, qualifications, salary rates, working hours, and deployment timelines.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, commercial proposals, and manpower supply agreements within company-approved guidelines.
• Drive timely business closure by following up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and pending client approvals.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely sourcing, candidate submission, selection, and deployment.
• Develop existing accounts to generate repeat business and additional manpower requirements.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets for new accounts, confirmed orders, and revenue.
• Conduct client meetings and visits, address client concerns, and ensure professional relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, quotations, contracts, and business performance.
• Submit regular business development reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in manpower supply, staffing, recruitment agency operations, or manpower business development.
• Previous experience working with a manpower or recruitment agency is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients, generating manpower requirements, and closing supply deals.
• Healthcare manpower recruitment or staffing experience is highly preferred.
• Established UAE corporate client network is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE manpower supply and recruitment market.
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple business opportunities simultaneously.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
