Position Title: Recruitment Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The Recruitment Officer plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline to meet the organizations workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, CV screening, interviews, reference checks, and job offers.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company recruitment policies.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other employer branding initiatives.
- Support onboarding process and ensure smooth transition of new hires.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer / Talent Acquisition Specialist (preferably in healthcare, homecare).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, UAE labor law, and DOH/MOH/HAAD regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, indeed, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
