Skillsnap.cloud is a modern ATS (Applicant Tracking System) built to help startups and SMBs hire faster. We are looking for a high-energy, self-starting Business Development Intern based in India to lead our international outreach.

Location: Remote (India)

Stipend:  Fixed monthly + Performance Incentives (per demo booked)

Commitment: At least 6 Months (Part-time/Full-time flexible) with further full time opportunity.

What you will do:

  • LinkedIn Content: Create 1 weekly posts to build our platform awareness.
  • Prospecting: Identify and connect with Founders/HR Managers in Sweden, India, Singapore, and the US.
  • Lead Generation: Build targeted lists of startups using LinkedIn & research tools.
  • Demo Booking: Manage our LinkedIn inbox and book 15-minute demos for the founders.

Who you are:

  • Recent graduate with proficient English (written & verbal).
  • Proactive and "tech-savvy", you know your way around LinkedIn.
  • Highly organized, you can manage a pipeline without being micro-managed.
  • A "hustler" who is motivated by performance-based bonuses.
