- Food Preparation:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to execute menu offerings.
- Contribute to menu planning and development.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor and maintain the quality of ingredients and finished dishes.
- Implement hygiene and food safety standards.
- Efficiency and Organization:
- Coordinate and communicate effectively within the kitchen team.
- Manage workstations efficiently to meet service demands.
- Hourly rate ranging from 15.00 to 16.50, depending on experience.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cooking techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
