Key Responsibilities:

  1. Food Preparation:

    • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
    • Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes.
  2. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to execute menu offerings.
    • Contribute to menu planning and development.
  3. Quality Control:

    • Monitor and maintain the quality of ingredients and finished dishes.
    • Implement hygiene and food safety standards.
  4. Efficiency and Organization:

    • Coordinate and communicate effectively within the kitchen team.
    • Manage workstations efficiently to meet service demands.

Remuneration:

  • Hourly rate ranging from 15.00 to 16.50, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cooking techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
