General Operative - Joinery

We are currently seeking a General Operative to join a dynamic joinery manufacturing team specializing in the production of doors and windows. The role primarily involves physical work and requires individuals who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and capable of contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manufacturing Tasks:
   • Participate in the production of doors and windows.
   • Operate machinery and tools as directed.
   • Ensure the quality and accuracy of manufactured products.
2. Physical Labor:
   • Engage in manual handling tasks.
   • Lift and move materials as needed.
   • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
3. Accommodation and Transportation:
   • Occupy shared accommodation provided at a rate of 20 euro per week (excluding utility bills).
   • Avail transportation services provided by the employer at a rate of 6 euro per week.
4. Working Hours:
   • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM
   • Friday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
5. Remuneration:
   • Weekly gross pay of 636.00.
   • Net pay of 537.00 on a single tax credit basis.
   • Additional benefits: Shared accommodation and transportation services.
